What makes anyone think Pacquiao would actually be a challenge? If he had so much trouble with Marquez because he's a counter puncher what do you think will happens when he faces Floyd; a taller, faster, better counter puncher? I doubt it would even be a competitive fight.

If Floyd really wanted to fight Pac. It would've happened a long time ago. The FACT that the "OSDT wannabe" testing is thrown in there was proof that Floyd ain't confident that he could beat Pac at the very least. Stylistically he has the upper hand, He is more skilled/technically sound, has better reflexes and I could go on yet.....

Pacquiao is avoiding this fight the testing comes down to a minor that's a minor inconcience and he won't do it . What dose that tell any person who looks at the facts. Since you don't look at the facts. It means that Pacquiao has gone out of his way to avoide the Mayweather fight.
When this fight was first being negoicated Pacquiao insisted that there be in the contract a large fine for Mayweather came in over the agreed apon weight. There was no such terms reguarding Pacquiao. Did Mayweather use this as an excuse not to fight? No he agreed to these terms.
The only ducking of Pacquiao that Mayweather will do is ducking his punches in the ring.

 

look at it a different way, he says that he wants the fight, now imagine if YOU had the chance to fight for $50million+ and YOU really wanted the fight. would you be acting the way floyd is? or would you be doing everything you could to make the fight happen

floyd has been stalling for 2+ years and finally it seems that the fans are realising that floyd is simply scared of the possibility that manny may beat him, and thats why he has been throwing up road blocks
