    He publicly accepts when fight negotiations aren't happening so why even defend that stance when he could of said yes the first go around and we wouldn't have to hear %98 of esb posters mtg daily about who's ducking who

    The only way Floyd KOs anyone at 147 is if he gets some stupid obvious opportunity that presents zero risk to his own chin - ala, Hatton+Ringpost. Floyd won't take the same chance against Pac. Too risky. He can win on points without a KO.
