    That's the argument I hear all the time, but these guys are asking for tests outside of them

    Only one of the cases in the artical had mutal testing that wwas Mayweather/Mosley. The others were cases where one boxer demanded the other take extra tests. I would refuse to do so as well. However when both boxers are subjected to the same test like Mayweather and Mosley were and Mayweather and Pacquiao would be there is no reason for one party to refuse.
