Well you don't know it either unless your part of the negotiation. When it says leading up to the bout=the protocol agreed leading up to the bout, not 24, not 14, not even up to the day of the bout. It's the protocol which is the procedure wise agreed upon and I don't think anybody here in ESB knows what it is.
