Taylor. Crawford was bamboozled by Gamboa's speed for a while. Now even though Gamboa is VERY quick, Meldrick is MUCH faster. Taylor UD/possible TKO late in the fight.
Yea, but Crawford figured Gamboa out like he does with all of his opponents. He's a very intelligent boxer. Crawford Mid/Late round stoppage for me.
Taylor by UD. I really like Crawford, but him having issues with the handspeed of Gamboa tells you a lot about how this matchup would go. And as impressive as his shutout of Postol was, Taylor's white wash of McGirt still trumps any Crawford performance. It'd be a really good fight, and I do think Crawford would have his moments, but Taylor would always be a step ahead. If you posted this on the general forum, I'm sure most those idiots would pick Crawford. Refreshing that everybody on here knows the deal.
