    Can afford is one thing but availability is another. Why would a PEDs dealer like Memo Heredia get lost in a poor country like the Phils., whose not main priority is PEDing in boxing ? Supply and demand. All they have in the Phils are the cheapest drugs for poor people not these highly sophisticated PEDs used in Boxing.
    And records shows that Manny is clean, not ever caught PEDing unlike ClemButeNELO who was caught 2X and got Suspended for it - FACT.

    God you guys are biased if you think that's true in lost cases in the Phillipines. PEDs aren't that expensive.

    So why don't you name "Some" Filipino boxers who got caught PEDing ?
    Or even in the Olympics. Go ahead , name some Or ONE ?

    Kid will find it hard to find in the record books. But he can certainly find pages of his boxers on there being popped.
