    yeah, I think so too.

    Thats why Rios is ducking him, just like Rios ducked Juan Diaz, Jorge Linares, Miguel Vazquez and others at 135lbs.

    I don't think so. Mercito is way above Bautista in many aspects.

    I doubt Rios will fight Gesta.

    Rios will duck him.

    This fight can easily be made since both are with Top Rank, and neither has an opponent picked, and Gesta wants to fight Rios so badly, but chicken Rios is scared to fight Gesta.

    Rios = exposed:scaredas:

    Umm I saw the kid fight on the undercard of Rios Antillon, Problem is I didnt see Roach or anybody from Wildcard in his corner..... So how is this one of Roachs fighters kid lives in San Diego, Roach wasnt in his corner for his last fight what gives?

    Anyhow if i were Rios I would jump on that fight right now, Gesta is a work in progress but there for the pickings if Rios wants an easy fight.

    John Molina would be a good test indeed! Honorio is also battle tested. Peterson has not fought for a while but why not. Zappavigna too. If/when Gesta will meet Rios it will be for a unification bout no less. But Gesta must be battle tested when he goes in with Rios otherwise he might be shocked.

    Similar fate, regardless.

    Rios has shown he can bang with punchers/boxers and proved to be a tough cookie to crack. He is relentless, physical and uses his size to his advantage.

    Gesta might not be ready at this time. He might be confident, but I not so sure if it will translate to a great performance against Bambam.

    they're both young, I say let both develop a bit more (esp Gesta since he has to step up his comp smartly before going about taking on the big dogs)

    Right now I'll take Rios over Gesta even though I'd want Gesta to win.

    Soto said he'll fight Rios later this year, but Rios wanted to fight Soto just 2 months after Soto fought Antillon, so that Soto would not fully rested.

    Soto moved to 140lbs, cause he dont want to defend his WBC title against his mandatory-Antonio DeMarco, cause DeMarco is his cousin, and also cause Top Rank and ZANFER owe him 1 Million in backpay.

    If Rios wants to fight Soto, then Rios needs to come up to 140lbs rather than handpick a has-been Katsidis.
