That Sosa-Williams fight was one of the most brutal ones I've ever seen...when I hear about those crazy old-time battles like Gans-Nelson and Wolgast-Nelson where these guys were going dozens and dozens of rounds putting insane amounts of punishment on each other, I always think that a modern day interpretation of that was Williams-Sosa. I have to respect the warrior a fighter has to be to take part in a fight like that, even when I'm cringing watching it. I do think Sosa had the edge in it, though. :good
Sosa really has no one to blame but himself. He should've tied up Roy instead of stand there and have his head snap back from the occasional punch that landed between his gloves.
In a strange way,Carl Froch reminds me of Sosa.He is very strong,lanky,and awkward.He also makes excellent fighters look unaffective.
