He really isn't doing anything for Team Pac by saying that, especially right before saying things like "Hopefully the weight slows him down." He may or may not be involved in those types of decisions and could be exaggerating his role in the process, but still, it kind of further legitimizes the criticism of the circumstances surrounding this fight.

somehow pac has to eat 7 meals a day to keep enough weight on to fight at welter....so he drags jmm there while they could just as easily fight at 140

******* logic is why should Pac come down to 140 lbs when its Marquez who is challenging him?

Of course the correct answer is that Pacquiao can easily and comfortably make 140 lbs and that fight being at that weight offers a better possibility that the fans get to witness a great fight with Marquez only having to go up 5 lbs instead of 9 lbs.

Obviously fairness or the fan is'nt of any interest to the PED user.

I'd wait for my boogeyman to age as well, I can understand PAC....

All those counters to the face he did not see coming gave him bad nightmares... Now in his physical peak natural or NOT!..... he finally decided to give the old Marquez ago to finally settle who won the last 2 fights LULZ....

He should have took the 8 Million Marquez was offering him for an Immediate rematch after the 2nd.. but he went to fight david diaz for 5 Million less.... 50k<8 Million... talk about pussying out...

    LMAO

Pac is in a no win situation, and when Marquez makes it a better fight then any of his last fights, people are gonna be questioning his past performances.. How is it he steam rolled BIG guys... Yet struggles with the OLD 38 year old Light Weight LMAO that is gonna be so funny to see.

So do you think gatti is a tougher fighter than diaz? How many times gatti has been knockout before floyd fought him?

Is there anything in the fight contract that says JMM has a minimum weight requirement? Pac is likely going to come in at 144-147 on fight night, which is what has happened for the past several fights since before Marquez 2. Put another way, he will not really be much bigger if at all than the last time they fought.

    What's the problem?

Konman is hyping the fight in the hopes that even people who think Pac is a phony will pay to see it.

If he struggles against Marquez again, I don't think they'll be questioning his past performances so much as praising Marquez. And Marquez should be praised if that happens, because he will have fought toe-to-toe with the David who slew several Goliaths.

Styles make fights, but even more importantly, Marquez is a damn good fighter.

    i didn't duck anything

manny is going out of his way to fight at ww, dragging jmm up in weight to a weight in which he has shown to not be effective

it's not even like it is natural for manny to be at ww if he needs to eat 7 meals a day...7000+ calories to stay there

Dragging him up? As far as I remember they weigh 144-148 during fight night even on their last match.

JMM isn't effective at that weight? Are you belittling Floyd's skills *****?
