Uhm... He became heavyweight champion of the world. That in itself is pretty good evidence that he made the right choice.

I don't think you understand the concept of being "Heavyweight Champion of the World" and all of the accolades that go with it.
Being heavyweight champion is better than any other title a boxer can achieve. You could win titles in like 7 different weight classes, but people are still more impressed by being Heavyweight champion of the world.

 

and look at moore now no way he could have stayed at 175 he was just getting bigger

 

He was eating 800 calories a day and training. He had to.

 

Moore was at best a cruiserweight, and should of fought at cruiserweight, instead of taking the dangerous risk of moving up to heavyweight and fighting the likes of David Tua.

 

Holyfield already moved up to heavyweight in 1990.

Wouldnt have been possible...he would have killed himself to make the weight, progressively got weaker and would have probably lost to something not even that good.

 

Moorer could of went down as possibly the greatest CW of all time had he chose to fight there.

But the $ is what counts and HW is where that's at.
