If your referring to my old gym in Mossend I sold that gym for the money I put into it, see Jamie I run three different businesses and if there not sustainable I get rid of it, its called good business pal. I think you will find I had the gym 2 years before selling the lease.
Ok Billy.... Good business man? You still working? You sold a lease? Did you own the land? You sold the equipment maybe and got someone to take on the lease?
How is giving up on a business after 6 months called "good" business? You've barely had time to establish yourself, let alone understand market trends etc. You're effectively gambling and hoping to make a quick buck. As Jamie2011 also mentioned, you'd have had to have taken on a load of things to get the business running and equipment, for example, would massively lose its value once bought and you'd have to sell it at a knock down price. You may have got a 6 month lease, but I can't see that being the case either. There's simply no way you got your money back. You're a chancer fat boy, nothing more.
Wont even say his name to see if Mick even knows him ..hes a blackbelt ****e talker that guy Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl there is my stalker, how have you been? i was staring to miss you and your love for mick jr and sr :good
i think the fight might happen now that ronnie clark won a british title eliminator, mick sr has always said that ronnie needs to bring something to the table and at the minute ronnie is in a better position than mick jr is being scottish champion and winning that eliminator:good i hope the fight happens and it would be a decent fight but as you said in the other thread, the extra experience of fighting guys of a higher level would see ronnie win:good saying that i was at the anthony cacace fight and it was brutal and might well have taken something out of ronnie, i was also present at his fight with jordy mccorry and there just seemed to be something missing from ronnie, he pulled out a great finish but tbh i don't buy daviddee1983 and jamie2011 excuse that it was all down to weight but i suppose we will know more when he boxes at 9' 4 again:good
i hope your not trying to steal my stalker magindo1980 nut:nut from me:rofl:rofl:rofl i can see your trying to bait him on the mick jr:good hands off him terrytibbs, he's mine:good
No baiting that is 100 percent the truth, Roberts is boxing Antonio Horvatic and going the distance with him, whilst Clarke is boxing the best Super-Feathers in the country.
i totally agree with you about the level of opponents, but did you see the cacace fight? ronnie took quite a lot of punishment in that fight:good
