Miguel Cotto Is The Most Likeable Boxer (Currently)

I always liked Cotto, thought he was humble and classy

Then on the Pac-Cotto 24/7 he belittles Pac's achievements saying Hatton was overrated and that DLH was weight drained. Not surprising he got his ass kicked by Pac going into the fight showing no respect for what he's done

He's also since hinted that he believes Margo had loaded gloves in his fight with him

I can't like him now because of that. Most likeable fighters would have to be Pac and Wlad, these guys are the best in their sport yet remain humble guys, show utmost respect for their opponents and peers and never try to take anything away from them

 

Watch 24/7 again and listen to Cotto Sr, he said his son has blood coming out of his ears.. If Margarito attempted to cheat vs Mosley what makes you so sure he didnt cheat against Cotto? that ****ing scumbag god damn

 

DLH was weight drained even Freddie Roach admitted it. The Hatton being overrated is debatable but not a stretch.

Gee I wonder what could have given Cotto the impression that Margarito may have been loading his gloves? Maybe cause margo got caught loading his gloves in the next fight.

There's having an opinion, then there is making excuses and belittling other fighter's accievements. Guys that do that are generally not of likable personalities, like Mayweather, Toney, Hopkins, Malignaggi, Darchynian

He can have his opinion, but I can't respect what he said
