I was in Fresno for the Mayweather/Sosa fight. And, what Mayweather did to Sosa wasnt exactly beating him. Its not like he softened him up for Cotto. He would hit Sosa and run away. Most people left before the fight was over and the people that did stay kept booing at Mayweather so he could finish the job.

Now what Cotto did to Sosa, that is what I consider a beating.

Sosa was also past his best weight class. Sosa is not a 140lber.

So you regard Bumgarito as a top fighter at 147 but not Mosley or Judah when Cotto fought him?

To be fair he has a point, doesn't matter if Floyd didn't inflict much physical damage, defeating them affects them mentally though and that could of had an impact.

eze your cool and all but even you know that's not a good line of reasoning, Sosa fought most of his career at 135, but he had a tall frame that allowed him to move up to 140, he just happen to run into a beast from Caguas,Puerto Rico.

I think Cotto seriously has a better C.V. than most guys in the pound for pound ratings !

So what? Ricky Hatton has a very likeable personality and excellent drawing power, yet Cotto is still the better fighter.

I know and i like miguel as a fighter but sadly nowaday fans are attracted more to the ricky hattons than the miguel cottos
