    Not to upset a lot of people, cause I know that a lot of people like Jones, and I think he's extremely talented and is going places... But I'm not yet sold.

    His first fight with Karass is still in my mind. I know he overturned it, and has looked good since, but still, he has some proving to do in my eyes.

    But against Peterson, perhaps so. Lamont is a natural 140 pounder, Jones is a natural 147 pounder. Lamont could find it difficult in there.

    Yeah, I had this same thought, except replacing Jones' name with 'Khan' and before that with 'Ortiz'. I think I'm not going to be making that mistake again. :yep

    Mike Jones is an average tough fighter, but he can't hang with the top boys. Tall and lanky, but no real speed or power and he gets hit too much. He's two to three levels below the top fighters. Nice kid, but not enough skill or athletic ability.

    I would love to see that happen. Firstly he is from Philly and you need to root for your hometown fighters, but after his last fight I don't see it happening. He didn't look too good against Lujan. Maybe outbox him, but I can't see the ko.
