I may be in the minority here but I also think Floyd takes him H2H not just pound for pound...

    Very droll Troll B.E....

Prime for prime the questions would be if say it was a winner take all bout, & the terms were could Floyd not get knocked out within 5 rounds (without spoiling enough to be disqualified), I would say Mayweather has maybe...

A maximum of a 20% chance that he could run & clinch (short of enough to be disqualified) to survive 5 rounds.
    And I am being generous.
He would have less than a 1% chance of actual victory.

    Fair enough?

Oh, I'm the troll now? We're talking about the only five-time linear champion to go undefeated in the history of the sport! His back don't touch the canvas! Ever hear the saying speed kills? Look what Barbados Joe Walcott was able to do at his size with some heavies? And Floyd is ONNNNNE heckuva lot better than that guy who was from some shanty country somewhere, no boxing program.

Love ya man, that is some creative but obvious obfuscation of reality.
A Trumpesque level of deception, leavened with more cleverness & sophistication.
Masterful deployment of non-sequential irrelevancies & misdirection!

Of course you actually know that it is sophistry & meaningless to say Floyd is better than Barbados when the latter beat..Which actual even decent HWs? What size & quality were they?

And all the accomplishments of Mayweather were against men who never remotely approached the strength speed & power of Tyson.
Speed kills (often not always) when boxers are of comparable natural size & muscle.
If it was a lumbering slugger at least Floyd would have a chance to win evade a big HW.
Tyson was very fast, & without the power to clinch or tie him up very effectively-or certainly if the rules are actually enforced...

Mayweather could not avoid a braining for more than very few rounds.
Tyson would walk right through any offense he mounted.

There`s never been a fighter Floyd`s height that could stand a chance against Mike.

I would think Floyds signature punch would be the counter right and Tyson’s probably the uppercut.

As far as the left hooks are concerned I see 2 major differences between both fighters. Floyds opponents were usually
the same height or only slightly taller so he didn’t have to leap up where Tyson did because of the opponents often being taller. The other is Floyd fought in a conventional stance where Tyson fought from a crouch and would spring upwards. As far as technique Floyd was more text book, where Tyson’s was done to inflict as much power and damage as possible by utilizing all of his body weight..... Both were effective for the own reasons.
