    how would you fight after 3 headbutts and a blinded eye?

    But I would bet anything that you wouldn't make 1 round with Kessler,
    in fact I don't even think 30 seconds.

    Yes...Kessler avoided the rest of the tournament just like Dirrell and is wanting to cash out...


    Yes...when compared to the A Level fighters of the past and present, he was a B fighter AT HIS BEST....basic B Level Boxing Skills....

    B Level = good, just good.

    Look at his resume...then look at Hearns' and Mosley's...they were legitimate top tier fighters at times in their careers and faced the very best competition...

    It's like THIS...

    Don't post about Boxing if you don't know **** about Boxing...you probably thought Froch-Kessler was a FOTY candidate too...lol...that fight was GARBAGE.

    Sit down, start drinking, and numb yourself for tonight, little Teddy...the performances, and especially the result, are/is going to CRUSH you.

    Interesting thread. Don't know what the fuss is about, but boxers make excuses
    when they lose and sometimes when they win as wellKessler isn't any different.

    Kessler deserves respect though for being champion and fighting the best imo.
    It's not the shady Sauerlands it's him that wants to fight the best, and in todays boxing that should be credited

    Yeah they were due to fight and Kessy ducked him.
    understandably he didn't wanna get knocked out clean by a bootay uppercut and risk his emeritus position. So he side stepped it.

    The first fight Kessler lost was to UNDEFEATED Joe Calzaghe,who also beat Hopkins the LEGEND and roy jones jr...Kessler fougt Calzaghe when they both was at their peak.Kessler lost in wales after 12 great fair rounds,and if you listen to his postfight interview there is NO excuses,NONE.Kessler clearly said that Calzaghe was to fast and to smart....Kesslers second loss came again abroad against Andre Ward,Kessler didn´t fought well,and Ward was out fast scoring points.And was clearly ahead in the fight,Ward fought a great fight,and that night headbutts or not Kessler would have lost!!
    BUT what kessler said postfight was,that he didnt understood why Ward could headbutt him alot of times causing 3 cuts,and the referee never said one word.now long time after the fight a british jounalist Steve Bounce asked Kessler "what happened in that Ward fight,with your own words?" and Kessler answered the question about what happened...Kessler is NOT knowing from complaining or CRYING.He felt he was treated bad,and that they clearly was trying to stress him,and it worked as he said...I see some call Kessler a B-level fighter...He has 2 losses in his carrer,1 to an retired undefeated fighter,and 1 to another undefeated fighter (still).Kessler is former WBA and former TWO time WBC worldchampion.Some of the things Kessler is called on this website is Disrespectfull...All fighters has fans and haters,it´s very clear to see the haters here.
    Kesslers career has been very fine and will continue...also with all the haters.REAL fans knows what Kessler has accomplished,thats what counts!

    What Kessler is talking about is bull**** and sour grapes. The man was the master of his own destiny that night and he failed himself. Now he wants to blame everybody and the dog for some **** he had control over. He can fold that **** up and sit on it cause its irrelevant to this fight.
