Well if Mundine couldn't KO Kessler, then I doubt Miranda will be able to... :D

Can we put this to rest, please. Only a few hardcore Calzaghe fans, so-called nuthuggers, saw that......in their dreams.:-(

I said it before and will say it again, Miranda's promotional firm are trying to cash in now with their fighter while they can ! Miranda brings an exciting style to the table but he is limited. He will always look great against journeyman but will himself look like a good journeyman versus elite competition !!

Therefore, they want to have him on the prime networks now and somewhat cash in now ! If he wins, then the gamble continues and the money will keep flowing in for a while !

This is not a cash in fight. It is another step towards the belt that Miranda deserves to hold.

Personally, I think this is a cashing-in fight that Miranda has been forced into by the US TV networks who have supported him so generously until now. Kessler is to become a star and Miranda is the perfect fall-guy.

Not true. Either guy wins and the networks will have a guy they can be behind and easily promote. Same thing happened with Miranda vs Pavlik. HBO wanted Miranda and were hyping him, but a well spoken undefeated humble white American kid from the midwest was going to be easy to promote for them too. They really didnt mind Pavlik pulling off the upset.

It wasn't an upset, Pantera2000. Miranda was used to give Pavlik a leg up; now, he is used to give Kessler a leg up. Good on Miranda for agreeing to fight these very good, dangerous fighters the networks ask him to!:good
