Its because they didnt have to. Before 2004 if a Soccer(Football) Player in the States wanted to prove he was one of the best in the world, What did he have to do??? that's right he had to go to Europe. and they all did it. Jones and Hopkins didnt need to go anywhere to prove what they could prove at home. Now some american fighters are having to go to Europe to get some big money fights. HOWEVER the BIGGEST MONEY fights are still by far in the States. Which is also becoming the case with American Soccer, I see now that Europeans are becoming interested in playing over here, MONEY TALKS.
Kessler has a solid skillset, decent power, intelligence, and a fair sense of timing and distance He beat Beyer by KO, went down under to beat Mundine by thoroughly schooling him and he lost to Calzaghe Many of the Joe nuthuggers on here hype him for his loss to Joe as he had Joe in trouble a few times..so I guess that means he must be great:huh Kessler is a GOOD fighter however I think he's too upright and stationary for the most part...doesnt move that well(feet, head, and body) For me he needs to re-establish his mental toughness after the breakdown suffered in the Calzaghe fight
Nobody said anything about ****ing them, stick to boxing. Now it makes sense though, Kessler got a lot of European female fans:love that post here.
went the distance with with Joe C, All this on the belief that Calzaghe is a great fighter which in turn is based on the psychogical impact of Joe C beating a big muscular guy in Lacy. You have no idea the impact of that one victory.
