    Benn - Eubank 2.

    October 1993.

I was 10 years old and on a family trip to Blackpool. Parents, aunts & uncles had taken all us kids up to see the illuminations.

Spent the early evening looking at the lights, playing in the arcades, the whole time itching to get back to the B&B to see the fight.

Finally got back to the B&B, all the adults sat in the bar having a drink, all the kids were making a nuisance of themselves around the pool table.

Sat in the corner, 10 year old me drinking a can of Shandy Bass and my old man on the Guinness, watching the boxing. :good

Not only my first memory of watching a full fight but also my favourite.

**** fight as I recall though.

Marquez vs Mayweather: I was working night shift and went home sick. I was OK to watch the fight when I got back.
