While Madaina did douse Broner, it was at 147, where Broners size was an achilles heel...... He still managed to hurt Chino a few times, it wasnt the blowout we claim it was, though Madaina rightly and clearly won. I don't think Lucas is as big a threat as Madaina was.....he can be put on the back foot, whereas Madaina never takes a backwards step. I could see Broner winning this.....and God help us all if he does.....:rofl:rofl:rofl
I will make an official prediction when the fight becomes official Like Scar said, there is not a single link confirming this and not a single link that tells us that this is even being considered. I like both guys' chances at 40. We haven't seen enough of Broner at 140 but if his power carried enough from 35, I think he could knock Matthysse out.
Ok. But it will be odd if you predict anything but a broner ko. You claim lucas is a glass jawed, finished fighter. If broner cant beat that kind of fighter then damn. Doubt the fight happens for September tho. If it happens at all.
Wouldn't be odd at all. Even if you are glass jawed, that doesn't mean every fighter will KO you. Enzo is an example of this. It seems that Broner's power hasn't carried over well at all from 35, so I'm still very weary about picking the KO win. I mean if Broner had the power he did when he was 35, I'm picking Broner all day. Broner seems to be very very average above 35, it's a shame really. This fight isn't going to happen Sept.
Carlos Molina was stopped by Khan, and Broner couldn't his power hasn't carried up.. Matthysse would destroy Broner, I think John Molina at this weight would as well. Lucas was not hurt in the KD by Garcia, and John Molina has always been a big puncher, who's to say he doesn't hit harder than Danny. The fight won't happen though.
