Moore beats any version, too much skill, too much power, too much knowledge

True, and the Ol' Mongoose would deck Toney a couple of times to seal a comfortable decision. Moore could deck Marciano,....that tells me that he could put some hurt on Toney as well.

Are you joking? Marciano was easier to hit than either Joe Frazier or a barn door with a banjo.:rofl:rofl

He probably got offended when the other guy missed.

Why of course, I guess that explains it then. Marciano was no more than a 3 round amateur...a tomato can punching bag. Now shoo!! Go back to the general forum you fruit fly!!

Were you born a mug, or is it a life times work? So Morrow ,and Bivins can KTFO Moore, but Toney can't.:roll: List all these guys that have dropped or stopped Toney.

Take up watching tennis you numbskull.

Archie Moore had 4 times more knockout victories at 175lb than Toney had fights!!!!

What about the incredible Drake Thazdi and Montell Griffin? Didn't Toney lose to those guys?

Who did Toney ever beat at 175lb as good as a Prime Harold Johnson?

:good hes got to be a kid to have so much ignorance and bias. I dont think you can be a true fan of the sport and think so low of an ATG. We all have our particular style favorites or tastes but Foxy loses all creditability because he is consistent. What you forgot RC he may never know and part of that is because he wears those green colored glasses of prejudice....prejudice is not always based on color but the perpetrator's closed mind.

Ironically he claims to be in his late 60's. Older people do get set in their ways and beliefs. I guess he never developed objectivity and it's way too late now.

I wouldn't have ever known who Drake Thadzi was if it weren't for James Toney, or Dave Tiberi for that matter.

Actually, he did beat Griffin twice except for some blind judges and folks who new saw the fight.

When on his game, Toney was a decent lightheavyweight.

We are talikg an inshape and motivated Toney. Otherwise those mythical comparisions make no sense.

Lots of middlweights would have beaten the drained Toney of Tiberi or Jones,
