The Morales that fought Manny in the 1st fight vs the Floyd who fought Diego Corrales :think Hows it go down?? Morales would by far be the best fighter that young Floyd would have been in with. Morales dealt with speed pretty well and could fight at a fast pace. Floyd did look spectacular against Castillo, but Morales was more poised and had better fundementals/skills than Diego. No doubt in my mind this fight would go the distance. I can see Morales taking the early rounds and Floyd taking the later ones, with one or two swing rounds in the middle. I hate making a passive prediction by I honestly could see this ending in a draw or a SD for either man.

Youre crazy. Mayweather would easily beat up Morales badly. At 130 pounds Corrales was bigger and and far stronger then Morales. You talk about Castillo? That fight was at light weight. The same lightweight division that morales was outboxed by a slicker and faster raheem. At 130 pounds Mayweather was basically unstoppable.

Out of the 3 Mexicans, Morales IMO gives Mayweather the most trouble...probably the only one out of the 3 I would give a chance of pulling off the victory against him.

Corrales had no where near the skills Morales had. The guy gets really overrated due to the win over Castillo which was bull**** since he kept spitting out his mouth piece.

    Morales>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Corrales

It would be a hell of a fight. Rumours are Morales used to get the best of PBF in sparring. Most PBF fans on here are the fans that came on after he went main stream on MTV cribs. Those guys never saw a prime Morales.

at 130 both would weight about 140 on fight night with both being the same height and Morales having the reach advantage. Morales long stiff jab would pose problems for PBF along with his right uppercut and straight right.
Im not saying Morales wins as this is a tough tough fight but the idiots saying it would be easy work for PBF need to stop gargling his balls and learn some boxing.

Morales reached his limit at 130, but by no means does Floyd walk over him. Even a faded Morales was hurting Raheem late inthe fight it wasnt Raheems style that bothered Morales it was his weight, speed, timing, everything was off. Raheem was literally running from Erik the last couple rounds. It was in that fight onward Morales started looking flabby and outta shape. If Erik made it a war he could definitely beat Floyd. If in center of ring Floyd by decision but hes not knocking Erik out or even down.

Wait shouldnt we first be talking about the negotiations that would take place??

What type of stipulations would PBF be asking for?
Blood test? Semen sample? Hair samples? Training in the US in a gym with no gloves??

I mean we gotta be realistic here.

I was looking at Morales record on box rec a couple days ago. And in 2000 Morales fought at 130 and 135 vs Mike Juarez and Rodney Jones and won both by KO in 1 and 3 rds. Then went back down to 126.

They should have made that Mayweather-Morales fight happen at 130 in 2000. Not to mention Mosley-Mayweather in 1999 and Mayweather-Hamed in 2000.

Mayweather wins by UD or TKO vs Morales. Morales will get his hits off though as he always does.

Floyd WAS great at Superfeather, but I thers no reason to think he would beat up or stop a fighter with the skills of Morales when he couldnt stop carlos Rios, Grgorio Vargas or Hernandez, not that those guys werent durable, but so was Morales. At most he would narrowly outpoint Morales
