More British Bias at Boxrec?

    Looking at their Cruiserweight rankings 5 days ago, victor Ramirez, who had beaten Alexeev a few days before that, ranked low at #15.

    Now he has been named the official next opponent for Brit enzo maccarinelli, and guess what? He is at #5, leapfrogging more worthy fighters such as Flores (the former #5), Huck, etc.

    This reminds me of the time that they 'suddenly' decided Barret was a top 15 Heavyweight (ie right when Haye chose to face him).

    Boxrec rankings may be made by a computer formula, but that formula is subjected to human manipulation on a weekly basis...therefore, it is not free of bias at all.

    I agree. I like how Odlanier Solis Fonte was ranked in the top 50 HW's after 2 pro fights, wtf is that.

    THIS WEBSITE HAS A COMPUTER based formula which LOVES MEXICANS and HATES PUERTO RICANS for some out of this world reason... then they hide behind the cpu formula excuse!! LUDICROUS!!

    They're everywhere. I remember reading that a journalist asked Ali about a computer match up which had Rocky Marciao beating Ali on points. Ali's reply?
