The OP has a strong French bias, he's only posted in topics regarding French fighters so take what he says about this fight with a grain of salt.

I probably coulda seen ruiz v Oquendo by now but I dont want to. From what I understand there were more clinches (like 100) from ruiz than punches landed by him (like 95). I dont know if those are the exact numbers but both were close to 100. That sounds downright terrible.atsch

 

What do i need to do that for when you have formulated an opinion on Mormecks performance vs Oquendo when you havent watched the fight and indicated so in a previous post? Why do i need to debate with you when you think Oquendo beat Toney Holy and Byrd clearly when first off their ledgers tell us otherwise and additionally Oquendo's career vs top flight opposition has been a resounding failure? Why do i need to enlighten you when its clear from all those fights that Oquendo doesnt even have a case? I have already stated that mistake but obviously you keep trying to shove it down my throat to give you a sole reason not to provide information in your so called dumb beliefs into why you "rarley" post on the General Forum. I have seen all three fight with Byrd, Holy, and Toney and those fights alone prooved to me that Oquendo is a fighter who is a stepping stone for more bigger fighters to beat him even if he gets shafted by the judges.

You need to "debate" with me for the sole fact this forum is crap. Instead of posting dumb and rude posts with no clearification on your opinion, maybe you should try to improve the forum yourself with your so called "knowledge" on how I am wrong? Im not the one making this forum bad, its you....

His career has been a failure becouse boxing is more of a buisness than sport. Which is also one of the reasons on why this sporting is falling down from mainstream news. Oquendo was used as a "good but not good enough" type of opponent for fighters like Toney, Byrd and Holy so they can beat him, weather or not they actually do, so them fighters themselves can improove thier careers/rankings towhere they are/were at.

Oquendo doesn't even have a case? Why don't you do yourself a favor and watch those fights and than come back to me.... cause you obviously either haven't seen them or you are just sparying this bullcrap to save yourself from aruguement.
