Mosley vs Cotto and Oscar vs Floyd has really played a huge role it this crap. Neither Oscar or Shane are the fighters they were when they first fought, but they are still in about the same spot. Shane isnt nearly the fighter that he was. This one shot at a time stuff that he does now isnt what he did at his best, and anyone that claims it is, well is a blind fuk to say the least. Oscar is the same Oscar for about three rounds then he becomes a total mess.

The first fight was clean for Shane I thought that he won 8-4. The second fight I actaully scored even. I think that third fight would be along the same lines as the second. I think that Oscar would win alot of the early rounds and Shane would win most of the late rounds.

DLH won clear the rematch but he was robbed, based on this, I would choose
DLH to win at 150 pounds.

Cotto seems to be on top of his game now and Shane gave him al he could handle. That performance certainly had more credibility than Oscars performance against a smaller Forbes who certainly is not in Cottos class. Forbes was only a runner up in the Contender series who is full of wanna-bes and 2nd rate fighters. And Forbes had a pretty good showing against Oscar, penetrating Oscars so-so defense. Based on the two's last performances Shane has a lot more in the tank at this stage of their careers. Oscar was on his toes and did not seem to tire in his last fight but he didn't have to exert a lot of energy against a much smaller Forbes who has seen his best days.
Shane by decision 8 to 4.

    Mosley wins handily.

really Oscar had not been at Mosley's level since he moved up to middleweight

Oscar looked against Forbes as Shane looked against Cruz, Estrada and Collazo.

But more importantly ODLH lost a SPLIT DECISION to the P4P King recently and Mosley lost a UD to a P4P fighter.

IMO based on results ODLH is fresher and based on their rematch DLH would beat Mosley again if he can execute the same game plan. I'm sure he wouldn't tire as bad as he has in a few of his last fights.

People are making too much out of DLH's face being banged up after the Forbes fight. DLH looked all banged up with a badly swollen eye against MAGO, but took more punishment against guys like Sturm, Mosley, and Vargas and looked less marked up afterwards.

Mosley would still win ... he hasn't shown a slip in speed ... so he still has the edge over Oscar who has shown a slide in speed and power !!

    Mosley by decision !!

DLH just chose to open up more against Forbes to try to land more. It's a technique many fighters use to try to score some good punches, make the fight more exciting and go for a KO. Floyd fans probably wouldn't understand.

Mayweather had little problem being aggressive against guys like Ndou and Corley, I doubt he'd have a problem being aggressive and trading against a smaller guy with little power like Forbes.

The mosley-Cotto fight was an even fight. Where did you ever read that Mosley was "supposed" to win?

Oscar suffered fractured facial bones in his fight with Forbes, how is that not being busted up badly?

Cotto was the slight betting favorite.
