Shane Mosley proved a couple months ago he is still in his prime (if not the back part of it). He beat a guy whose build is somewhat close to Paul Williams in Margarito.

Now Shane always says he only wants to fight the best and the fights fans want to see.. who wouldn't want to see the WBA Champ face off against one of the most feared guys in the sport?

I think Shane would win.. probably knock this chump out. Then, we wouldn't have to hear about how everyone is scared and he is soooo good.

    Williams UD.

But Shane has said he wants none of it so it doesn't even matter.

First off Shane is by no means still in his prime, that's a crazy thing to say...he hasn't been prime for a few years. And no way Shane beats him at this point....But a prime Mosley beats him by a close decision...

Not only would Paul badly beat Shane, he would possibly TKO him.

Not a KO, but a TKO, just from accumlation and getting hammered so much at a distance that the ref would have to step in.

Disagree...Williams isn't a big enough puncher. Shane has been in with plenty of bigger punchers than Williams...Williams power is decent at best.

i agree. there is not a hope in hell that ssm gets ko'd or even tko'd. shane has a proven chin. in his day i think ssm would have dealt with paul williams.i guess i'm bias though. sugar has always had problems with tall boxers. the only thing i think is that paul doesn't use his jab as well as he should so i'll give it to shane in his prime. but not now.

Williams by UD 12, but Shane seems to be interested in fighting Pacman so I doubt a fight with Williams will happen.
