I hate to say it cos I hate the guy, but probably Floyd Mayweather for me.
Tyson and Jones on there highlight reels only (for some reason find them a bit boring when watching full fight)

Old school Cassius Clay is beautiful to watch. I love the liston fight.

Marquez against come forward fighter

Cotto against most styles

Manny when he dominates someone. In Delahoya, Diaz and Margo fights i thought they were very food to watch.

 

Tyson too focused on fighting at his optimal range.

JMM blends boxing ability with a warrior spirit. He's clearly boxing, but doing it in the pocket with a crowd pleasing style.

I also like Ward when he fights like he did against Froch. In the pocket boxing.
