Most and LEast Physically Demanding Styles

    I agree the swarming style is the hardest but no one has mentioned how much punishment you take with this style this is also what makes it so demanding.

    Very good pick. Moore was very good at conserving energy yet unlike Toney or Eubank he took relatively little punishment despite fighting in four decades of boxing.

    I agree that the most demanding is the pure swarmer. For least, I'd choose any defensive, in the pocket counterpunching style- ala Toney, Locche, etc. Those guys look like they trained for a bowling league, not a championship level fight.

    That would be my picks. I think we should also add Armstrong to the swarmer type. He had the 3 greatest years in boxing history but was never the same afterwards.

    Well, even if you block you feel the punches. I think you have to be in very good condition to take that much punches on your arms - also holding the arms in that position throughout the fight needs quite a bit energy - and Winky is not only throwing jabs and also uses good footwork and decent upperbody movement.
