Was Leonard/Duran 1 really so one sided ! I remember thinking that it was fairly close, and had Ray fought like he normally does he would have won ( or like he did in LD 2 , has the years of drink and drugs eroded my memory ?

Of course not. It was a very close, competitive fight.

Marquez didn't win a single minute of a single round. Most one-sided schooling of any ATG v. ATG matchup, ever (except for those that involved brutal early knockouts, I guess).

I don’t think there has ever been a fight between the two men mostly regarded as No. 1 and 2 all-time in their division as close to prime that was as one-sided as the first fight between Sandy Saddler and Willie Pep.

Saddler KO 4 Pep is a startling, unimaginable domination (especially considering he is still seen as the No. 2). Sandy bloodied Willie’s nose and cut his eye in the first, Pep won the second and then went down twice for nine-counts in the third and was felled for the full 10 by a left hook in the fourth.

If they had never fought and someone on this forum told you that Saddler would beat Pep 3 out of 4 and stop him in three of them, including a decisive beat down in the initial meeting, they’d probably get banned.

Good call, complete whitewash, but they Nelson isn’t in his prime weight class here.

Tszyu vs. Judah was not one sided, if anything Judah was dominating until he got clipped.
Mosley-Margo... cheato is not a HOF MUCH LESS an ATG.
Cotto-Pac was not a whitewash. Cotto had 4 rounds.
    Mosley-DHL was VERY close.

I don't agree that Frazier was in his prime against Foreman.

My pick would be Patterson VS Liston 2X.
