    You really don't like Pryor.

In another thread, you called his resume "Abysmal." No way you can justify calling it that.

He was very unorthodox, but he was highly skilled too. In his prime, he could box or swarm. He really was quite versatile. He was not just a swarmer/pressure fighter.

And Freddy Brown who was co-trainer of Duran along side of Arcel said of all the fighters he'd seen, from Jack Johnson, Armstrong, Greb etc. He'd pick Duran over them all. Probably a little over the top considering they have weight categories but he had an amazing high opinion of Duran, as did Arcel, Clancy, Steward, and Dundee. I think Dempsey and Duran are from a similar mold, but if I had to pick one of these two who was the more skilled it would be Duran because I think he had a better defense.

Tito was a great pressure fighter who could box your head as well.

Iran Barkley should have never fought at 168 after beating Van Horn... no loss to Toney, maybe a few good fights at LHW around that time, then CW

Why do so many thinkQawi is a pressure fighter or swarmer? I never understood that and still don’t

Duran, Chang, and Harada are above all others so far discussed - among the ones I've seen.

And Pryor? Yeah, he out-boxed Arguello. But who didn't out-box Arguello? Heck, Ray freaking Mancini out-boxed Arugello for most stretches.

Yeah Tito was more of a stalker or boxer puncher than a pressure fight by my definitions. I guess he brought intelligent pressure but certainly not in a swarmer fashion

Not only that, he couldn't beat people when the fight became a boxing contest. Vargas, de la Hoya, and whole lot of others out-boxed him.

I think he was technically sound, but his slow foot, slow reflexes, and average hand speed caused a lot of issues when things became a chess match. An even more egregious example is Arguello. Arguello had some of the most refined, textbook skills, but his physical limitations (and in spite of his height and reach!) meant he got out-boxed by every elite boxer he faced basically.

I guess this is a semantics or criterion problem. So I don't understand how people like Pryor or Frazier can be listed here.
