light welterweight has Provodnikov , Crawford, Garcia, Matthysse, Postol and Broner every fight between his guys is highly exciting

CW was very overrrated in the past 2 years.
There aren't any talented top Cruiserweights beside Kudryashov and Usyk and maybe Makabu

Not the most stacked and it is divided in two but the 140 pounds division is great.

    Peterson
    Garcia
    Postol
    Figueroa
    Provodnikov
    Herrera
    Mikey Garcia(heard some time ago)

It's definitely WW. You have 4 guys there that are current or were very recently p4p top 10 guys. Then you have undefeated championship caliber fighters like Thurman and Brook. And you have the flawed but talented championship caliber guys like Porter, Khan and Maidana.
