It's going to sound like a strange choice, but Wladimir Klitschko. The guy has cleaned out his division for the past 5 years, never really loses a round, and knocks the majority of his opponents out, yet you'll never see him on a P4P list, you have to look hard for his fights if you really want to see them, and he doesn't really get much national exposure. Especially considering for a long time, him and his brother were the only two fighters in the division with any level of credibility. Definitely underappreciated.
