Dickhead, I considered Duran's No Mas but I decided to focus on active fighters or, in the case of Tszyu, if their opponents were still recently active - Hatton fought a few months ago even though he may now be retired.
Haha! I don't know, Clottey (oddly enough a Ghanaian, like Nahr) claimed bowel problems with Pac and it didn't stop him from playing punching bag for 12 rounds.
How in the name of Zeus does Ortiz/Maidana lead the poll?!? Did nobody watch that fight? Did you not see Ortiz literally getting beaten to death by monstrous punches?!? And you call that an unforgivable quit job? Don't you think Ortiz would be in the best position of anyone on Earth to determine if he had enough to turn it around, or if what he was feeling was worth it to eat for another many rounds? You don't think he has the right to make up in his mind that what he was experiencing wasn't worth the long term health ramifications? Yeah, go back to playing baseball... I wish way more fighters quit part way through a fight. Why take excessive punishment? And to those who say, "well, you hope to be able to force the action later and get your opponent out late," I would respond with: "well if you're at all capable of that then you're likely not who I'm talking about and if you really want to force the action then ****ing do it... DO IT NOW! I'M HERE! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? KILL MEEEEE!"
Ortiz vs Maidana was the worst, especially after taking Victoria's post fight interview into consideration. Margarito and Arreola never quit though. That's completely ******ed to have these guys on your poll.
