    Rocky was a GREAT fighter, but I see Ali fighting to a very hard UD win. I think Rocky would have caught him some serious shots around the middle rounds, but Ali was too fast, moved too good, learned how to tie people up well fairly early. I think for most of the fight he'd stifle Rocky's rushes and beat his face ugly with the jab and combinations. Jab, hold. Jab, right hand, hold. Try a combination, hold.

    I admire Rocky myself, his never say die attitude he brought to the table. But that still not enough imo, to beat Ali.

    Ali wouldnt have hurt Rocky and blasted him out like Foreman would have maybe done.
    How tall was Marciano again?
    Did Ali ever throw a punch much below 5'10"? Rocky would be crouching lower than that.
