Apparently with the 300k that was in escrow. 100k more than he would've got fighting Ortiz.:rofl

Vlads the promoter , Vlad did'nt pay up has per contract , Vlads at fault , . But does it suprise anyone He smelt a dolar , and Mosley smelt , a court case trying to get paid .

Fench if its true he lost half a mill , well lets just say its Karma , he stooged the Aussie public with his fixed fight , that was supposed to be a draw , but Asuma got ****ed , now he's ghot he's .

Suppose he could get a job selling watches now.

As much as I hate Fenech,it could have been a miscommunication with Nelson. Telling him it would be a draw would mean the public would be interested (in a third fight)??

I read a tweet suggesting that part of the undercard at least - particularly Val Borg vs. Michael Correa, 10 rounds @ light welterweight - may still go ahead but at some other venue and obviously not on PPV.

It was posted by I believe Borg's manager or something, seemed to have inside knowledge.

Would it be wishful thinking for Bennett vs. Jaca and Carr vs. Awad to be salvaged too, and for it all to be televised or streamed via some outlet so those of us who had planned on getting an international boxing fix on Wednesday morning aren't left high and dry? :D

How would that happen? Unless they are going to fight for next to nothing I don't see that happening.

Looks like Mosley is now eyeing off the Ortiz fight on Dec 14th.

If Fenech really has lost half a mill, i would feel really sorry for him

That's a lot of money for him at this point in his life

Mundine sucks, he has drained and killed boxing in Australia

Fenech can afford it, he's got a whole lot of second rate TV shows to appear on which will supplement his losses. At the end of the day if you don't have that kind of cash don't throw it around. Fenech took a gamble and lost. Tough titties.

Main event put up another 500, 000 for mosley to fight. Mosley wanted none of it! He cant get half that for fighting anyone else. Surely if u think u r gonna win and get another 500, 000 u would not leave 1 day before the fight?
