I knew it wasn't Mundine because you won't find a picture of him crying after a loss on the football field because he was never a team player.

F*ck being Un-Australian (he probably feels like he cools down too much waiting for it to end if we are going to be realistic)

What we are talking about is a black fulla that has a chip on his shoulder because his mum is whiter than my cat snowball.

Because of this chip that is firmly planted on his left shoulder he has turned Australia against him when he could have had more support than any other sportsman.

He came from league and stated he would be world champ and has done it but instead of giving back to our sport by putting some of his earnings back into the sport;
Done easily by having the cream of oz boxing up and comers on his undercards against real competition, instead he has taken his approx 8 mill earnings and made our sport look like a circus.

 

Ive got into fights defending Mundine over the years, but hard to argue with any of that.

His fight cards are a disgrace.

I know a fighter who turned pro around the same time as Anthony, and they've been together the whole time (basically), and nasser said to him leading up to a Mundine card, "the only title fights on choc's card will be chocs". For ****s sake, it was just a regional title, but the kid wasnt allowed to fight.

Im sure Nasser is smart, he's earnt Mundine a lot of money, but the guy has no idea about putting cards together. He could have earnt so much more by putting decent fights on.

Don't know if Mundine is Unaustralian but I know he's a prize goose. A shonky businessman masquerading as a boxer. Do the fight game a favour and RETIRE.

Yeah, missing mates has been the only bad thing about being abroad for me also. Although it's still fun heading out and picking up, etc...it's just not the same with your regular mates.

Kinda miss the Aus sports scene too. Sumop wrestling just doesn't do it for me.

I'm actually enjoying the snow. It's the first time I've seen snow, and find myself playing in it sometimes when I'm out.

 

Shannan Taylor offered to fight Mundine 5 years ago and Mundine wanted no part of it. Now because Taylor is older and not as sharp as he used to be Mundine takes the challenge. Mundine claims Joe Calzaghe is dodging him, how would Calzaghe even know who Mundine is, to him Mundine is just another bum calling him out after Mundine has built up his record on old men and poor journeymen. Mundine is only in boxing for easy money and that is why he will continue to hand pick his opponents. Sakio Bika would destroy Mundine. Mundine is remembered in Rugby League as a good player with great potential but never fulfilled it. Now his boxing career has gone in the same direction. Solomon Huomono is a bigger bum, his opponents have all been closer to 40 with 80% loss records. Nathan Briggs and big Bob Mirovic would knock him out. I was a big fan of Mundine but he continues to lose the respect of the few fans he has left by not taking on the big guns. I am a huge Shannan Taylor fan as he always gives it his best shot and has plenty of mongrel in him and will fight anyone. I hope Shannan knocks Mundine out cold just like Sven Otke did and puts him to sleep. (The Womba)

The majority are fed up with the nonsense continually provided via his mouth and managers...

I agree re Mundine but not Sol I think he has real potential, I suppose we will see where he is at in his next one with Col Wilson, if he destroys Wilson then he would destroy Briggs but if he struggles then my view on Briggs will probably change.
