Honestly the mandy circus is plain ridiculous. The credability he had after his win over Green has all but gone down the drain. Joke fight after Joke fight.......fights Geale & gets a disputed 'win' then refuses to rematch............then fights bums again. If he had a heart who knows what he could of achieved. I will be remembered by most Oz boxing fans as nothing more than the 3 time king of the Argie cab ranks...........no one parks in his spot!
How about going after Martinez, surely he ticks all of Mundine's boxes? Firstly, he is an Argie so that works well. He actually has a legit title, which ok, may cause a bit of a problem as he did earn it beating a number of good fighters after all. Finally he can fight at both 154 and 160lb fair and squarely if Mundine for whatever reason decides to opt for a different weight class at the last minute, though Choc's a fair man so pulling a swifty like that would be way out of character. It's such a shame, as I'd imagine someone like Martinez would take this fight in a heart beat. A real world champ yet not yet really earning the big dollars. He doesn't mind a bit of travel either.
LOL at the choc faithfull who watch him get a pts win over hairy welterweights from Argentina then pick him to do the same against guys like Pavlik and Cotto. Alfonso Gomez would **** kick Mundine.

i dont know why people go on about mundine beating green, what the **** has green done ? beat an over the hill jones. these two guppies love to fight nobody's and fighters way past there prime. we've got champion's like darchinian and katstetis chasing the big fights in vegas in the u.k and still people give a **** about these two minos. the fights are there if they want them they just do'nt want them. if you true'ly love big time boxing these two guy's are amatures
we know but Mundine-Green threads are entertaining.Mundine fighting guys ranked 100,Green fighting a guy 3 years retired with a health issue yet people still argue wether 1 is better or worse than the other.funny stuff.
