That can't have been worse than a draw for King. I gave him 1, 5, and 6 - and Jeffries 2. ' Why didn't Sky show the third or fourth round? :huh Do they frequently bother airing only 2/3 of undercard bouts?
Yeah thats their usual modus operandi. They were quite generous showing that many rounds TBH ! :yep Infuriating.
They seem to skip rounds quite a bit as its only a 2 Hour slot :-( Hopefully they were making room to show the next fight in full as its meant to be a good one
Kings a good fighter for upcoming M-SM-LHW fighters no puncher but tough as old boots as the old timers say. Oakey twice, dodson, anderson, degale all taken to the final by him, good match. That said Jaffa looked poor and agree tight at the weight. Good scrap on now
Best Sky undercard editing performance had to be Napa/Davies. We all watched it on here and were under the impression Napa comfortably outslicked and outboxed him. based on what they showed. Everybody who was at the arena and saw the whole fight swore blind Davies won.
I gave King two and a share of another, out of the four that were shown. As for the others, I'm merely hypothesising!
I was really happy for Monroe tonight, another slow start but he can step it up, even at this level, he has a good chance for the belt, hopefully he can get it over here rather than Japan, though I don't know how likely that is. It's mental that he will be working the bins again, maybe next week! Jeffries was a bit of a let down, too reckless, even though he looked tired I sense he might be more suited to 12 rounders, he wastes too much energy looking to find the ko in the 6 thus making himself exposed and ragged looking.
I actually think over a longer distance king might have actually won the fight, 8 round, maybe, a good chance i think, jeffries needs to tighten up
