    Why would someone need to retire to avoid someone in a totally different weight class? If Ward doesn't want to fight cruserweights, all he has to do is not move to the cruiserweight division.

    Seems simple.

    SOB said he weighs 199 lbs. right now.................SOB also said he would easily beat Joshua, no joke! SOB also claimed he would knock Vitali and Vladimir Klitschko out years ago, but he never fought them...................SOB is a conceited cheat..................

    Ward retired to drop the belts in a manner that would cause little public backfire. Ward isn't going to be told what to do by 3 different sanctioning bodies. He'll be back.

    WBSS tournament should have been shown on USTV. If there is a heavyweight one, would that be boycotted as well?

    He left plenty of doubt in the first fight and opted to wrestle instead of work inside. That's on him. Complaining that legal shots were low and blaming the ref in the second fight, because he mentally folded is laughable. Had he done his core work in camp only the nut shot would have bothered him.
