The things said on this forum 99% of the time are very basic. Sadly the majority of the users here spread incorrect information so they are corrected so others do not follow their awful, incorrect advice. Correcting someone that gets pretty much everything wrong at a basic level doesn't exactly make me a know it all.

Virus knows bodybuilding but when does that go hand in hand with boxing? You can't be taught how to punch or speed, boxing is mental a lot more then physical, but he doesn't know that,he'll do more harm then good giving his sh1t advice

you rely/taught to rely more on your phsyical attributes rather then mental, you're going to be stuttering your words by the end of it,learn to move ur head, get better balance, study older fighters, work more on your stamina and thats all mental, its what should be taught first..so much more then lifting weights

In the 60s, we had the 5s, Skill, Strength, Stamina, Speed, Supplety. Nothing much has changed, except we are starting to understand Stress, the 6s :D. Which makes how we do things start to change. Theres not many things that are a Given, 100% across the board. What is noticeable, is the Fitter and Stronger you are, the Better your Nueromuscular, CNS, works. How you perform Resistance work is down to you, whether it be weights or Stretch, or anything. Its your Preference.

Define "high rep". If you're talking 10 reps + that's bodybuilding. Explain why a boxer should be doing bodybuilding.

You say you train for endurance in boxing... clever boy. But this is where your ignorance shines through, when it comes to weights you don't train for endurance, you train for power, strengthening particular muscles, rehabbing and rehabbing injuries.

You don't even know the basics, you're still throwing out incorrect assumptions of what you think I'd do based on your own knowledge which seems to be based on reading children's books.

I haven't said anything about bodybuilding. In fact I haven't given any solid advice.

Instead of making **** up about me, go read a book and learn a few things.

you mean like every NFL? those guys gets injured way more then boxing. I've said it before the more muscle you carry the oxygen needs to go there. You don't know boxing Virus. You cannot get power like Lennox Lewis or George Foreman through lifting weight so whats the point? You wouldn't understand
