Music during training or not

    For me its a definite, it helps me focus and forget whats around when warming up and on the bag etc but then i can easily cancel the music out when it comes to sparring and stuff but thats just myself as an individual.
    Have been trying to read into research in this but havent had time for a while, will start reading again over the summer once my second year is finished and see what i can find.

    But i do think music helps in the backround, aslong as theres something to listen too
