Hmm yes, that's right the diet plan will be modifying also , these days wasn't the best but ill try and eat as healthier as i can , my spouse is Chinese so there will be plenty of delicious preparing salads and poultry, poultry , seafood, ill just have to look at the white-colored grain intake..........
An update on this is well needed Well to be bluntly honest i screwed up , i did manage to get down to 95 kilo so a total loss of 5.2kgs but after i reached 95kg my motivation went , old eating habits returned and exercise stopped , so at the moment i am at 102.5kg as of this morning. But i am determined to lose the weight so ive started my exercise and training routine again off today. Its quite a simple routine 3 mile walk in the morning , 3 mile walk in the evening weight lifting every second nite , and a normal eating routine but avoiding the junk and cutting down on the beers.
