I should probably replace Miguel Cotto with Floyd Mayweather Jr. Because Rafa is the one who lost their last two meetings. He wouldn't have had a place even if he was active.

williams is MUCH higher. He beat Margarito when he was fully "loaded" and blowing through everyone, he beat Winky who is a P4p guy (beat Mosley 2x and soundly at that) he has only lost once and he avenged that immediately and viciously. Mosley has said publicly he won't fight him. This guy is top 5 for sure.
