Yep. At my gym they are all the screw type secured with nuts and washers. The metal on metal friction of the bag eventually wears through the eyelet. Being that yours is welded it may present a bit of a hassle if it comes undone. But if you carved out enough time and skill to pull this project off I am sure it is no big deal for you! :good
Cheers mate, I'll keep an eye on it but I think the wire strop I've used would wear through before the eyebolt did. Sadly, I don't think this bag will be getting the heavy usage that a gym bag would get anyway.
When I throw a straight right from an orthodox stance, should my weight be on my rear foot? I'm ****ed if I'll ever be able to throw a lead hook. Anyone know of any decent youtube vids for help?
