Marquez vs Diaz was my top choice

 

Agreed. I am an established JMM nuthugger, though:yep. Domestically, I did really enjoy Lindsay-Appleby along with the other main ones listed in this thread.

Any of the Irish lads on here know where I can get the ***an-Hyland fight? Eveyone who has seen it has said it was a 'jacob's':good.

 

I liked Marquez vs Diaz.

At one point I thought Diaz would win by stoppage, but once the left hook was taken away it was pretty much one way traffic.

Counter punchers hold a natural advantage over pressure fighters in many ways, especially ones like Diaz with pretty average footwork, but I liked how JMM really dug deep to get rid of Diaz rather than coasting to a close points win after overcoming the onslaught.

Lindsay-Appleby was a top fight, really enjoyed that and the atmosphere at the Kings Hall made it even better.

Viloria-Solis I thought was a bit too one-sided, Solis had his moments but it was a wonderful performance from Viloria.

 

i was at 3 of the domestic fights listed and have to say dodson quigley takes it for me followed by crolla sykes

 

Head and shoudlers above the rest, IMO. :good

 

No chance, not even close mate. You really need to try and forget about this fight, you're starting to lose all perspective on it....

I wouldn't call it a one-sided fight, but I would deffo have had Viloria ahead at the time of the stopage. Anyway this can be off-set by the fact that Solis was a solid favourite going in, but Viloria brought his total A-game and upset the odds (that added a bit of "something" I think).

I won't over-analyse the **** out of it. I just remember getting a real buzz off that fight. However, it should be taken into account that I have a lower-weight-class bias, Rogan-Skelton not withstanding.:hey

 

Im obsessed with Diaz vs Paulie

I enjoyed it as it was a good tactical match

also i never realy saw what all the hype about Berto vs Collazo was
