Pep would decision him IMO. Pep at his best would flourish against a come forward "slugger". The power MAY be a minor issue, depending on how it translates in the size reduction. However, it wasn't the raw power that troubled Pep against Saddler. Aside from being past his prime, it was the large disadvantage in height and reach, combined with the pressure and power of Saddler.

Mijares is in the top 10, but I wouldn't put him at #1 (and I thought I liked Mijares a lot...) I'd almost be inclined to put Calderon at #1. He has no power, but in terms of pure boxing skill, he might be tops right now.
