    Campbell is quite a character.
Next thing you know he'll be replying to his naysayers directly on the forum.

I think Guzman will pull this one in a close fight becasue of showmanship.

Who is overrated? Probably you've never seen Joanie in an actual fight (especially not at 122), but that's nothing new, you are among the 99%. So shouting out he's overrated because you've never seen him and those few who did actually say he's VERY GOOD fighter or - God forgive - P4P material, shows clearly one thing: he's underrated.

Campbell gives anyone a tough fight at LW, overrated or underrated. Juan Diaz never really was overrated and still lost.

no i have seen guzman fight several times before and i am not in the 99% who say he is over rated for no reason , its my honest opinion that he is over rated, yer he is fast and has decent skills but he is made out as god by alot of people, i dont rate him much, i even fancied alex arthur over him, so dont just presume ok:good

I got a bulletin on myspace from the Guzman page, not sure if its actually Guzman or some crazed fan who posted it but was a funny read.

An open response from undefeated former two-division WBO champion Joan Guzman to lightweight champ Nate Campbell:

He’s comparing me to a little rat dog, well I’ll show him that my bite is much worse than my bark. Nate is going to try to avoid me just as much as the other fighters in the division. They’ve all been running from me since I was the 122lb. champ! I am the Sycuan Warrior and he calls himself the Galaxy Warrior.

Let’s just make this the Battle of the Warriors!

Nate seems to forget that he’s been defeated five times and tasted the canvas while I remain undefeated. He’s got a lot of nerve to sit there and call me unworthy.

I am willing to give him the sixth and last beating of his career.

I also want to thank Nate for letting his wife take a break from using the strap-on during their honeymoon and acknowledging me. There must not be too much excitement in Grand Cayman. Nate obviously has an easier time beating up women than he does men. Does he not remember punching and choking his former girlfriend before pulling out a gun on her.

Nate doesn’t want to fight me because he knows that I’ll send his ass back to Winn Dixie supermarket where he can learn to pack bags all over again!

He claims Casamayor is his mandatory but Casa has nothing to prove by beating him again. Also, Nate’s publicist must be just as dumb as him to disrespect one of the most influential men in boxing, Richard Schaefer.

Do you really think that Golden Boy is going to allow him to even get close to that Ring belt or make money from any of their fighters?

Next time he needs to try writing his own **** and maybe he can get the opportunities that he wants, instead of having his own promoter, Don King, already in talks with Frank Warren to have his ass beat by Amir Khan overseas and only being shown on Donkingtv. com.
This might be news to you Nate: I am ahead of Khan as your mandatory so start preparing.

Get it through your head; Sycuan didn’t make you sit and wait to fight Diaz, its just that no network wanted to see you fight then, the same way they don’t want you now.

All those losses you have don’t attract viewers so you better start kissing Sycuan’s ass and pray that they put you in the ring against me on the Showtime date that they have.

Get in the ring with a real fighter like me and stop crying like a ***** about the past.

I’ll put a beating on you like the one you caught from the last Dominican that you fought!

Anyway, Sycuan and I are waiting on your response. You better make it quick because I’m not going to be chasing your ass for long. Unlike what you have going on, there are plenty of fish in the sea for me to catch. All that (stuff) you talk that no one wants to fight you, leave it outta your mouth, because I’m right here waiting for you.

    Have a sweet honeymoon!

I think Guzman is decent, but I feel that Campbell is a very good lightweight and will beat him in a fairly close UD.

Nate impressed me with his win over Diaz but I expected Nate to pull off the win over diaz. To me Diaz was always a good fighter, as is Nate, but Diaz to me was over rated from Jump. I love his fights but he doens't have longevity in the sport and he has a style which allows him to be hit way too often.

Joan wins by UD b/c he is just the better boxer plain and simple. Nate is a good boxer but his win over Diaz is going to his head. He didn't beat Casa although it was close and Casa has been on a downward trend.

Honestly bro....no one but fans over rate Joan. He's a good boxer and should beat Nate but Joan will be outboxing guys like Diaz and Campbells for most of his career.....however if he steps up and faces guys like JMM or PAC he gets KO'd. Joan is what he is...a very good boxer but he is limited against guys that have great physical attributes and talent. JMM is just a better boxer and a better fighter than Joan and PAC just is far to fast, active and powerful for anything Joan can combat with.

Joan UD over Nate. And Juan was overrated before the loss. He was expected to beat guys like PAC which was just nuts. He's actually Lost some of that "shine" he had after the loss to Nate.

Actually Nate has a far bigger bark...his bite is bigger as well, but he looses to a better boxer.

This will be a great fight a real pick em as far as I'm concerned. Campbell is a hot and cold fighter and if he doesn't show up with his A game like he did against Diaz he'll lose. If he comes to fight he probably wins.
