I don't know to be honest, not Golden Boy although he regularly fights in America. With Boxnation having so many international fights, it would be no problem getting him on the undercard of something I'm sure.

Let's be honest, most though Tszyu would beat Hatton so he didn't have all the odds in his favour, similar with Kats-Burns. The difference with Shumenov is that although he's not shot, he's not actually that good for someone who is a legitimate test.

It may be at the Motorpoint but some twitter randomners and that rag of a so called newspaper are hardly reliable sources. On anything.

Though with ****** having a column, it's probably right this time. Still, if these 'sources' are correct, it shows that I was right on Frank's thinking on Shumenov

Shumenov's last fight was on a Golden Boy I'm 99% sure which is why Premier showed it

@JFT True, I thought both Tszyu and Katsidis would win, what worrys me though in the case of Hatton and Burns they are better all round fighters than Cleverly at the stage them fights happened.

Cleverly has some major flaws, it's lucky he's got a good chin because he'd be ****ed otherwise, take away his engine and you have a very ordinary boxer imo, Frank must have watched him lately and thought the same?

It's like he's determined to get himself knocked out, that's partly due to the little fat maniac in his corner.

It might be Dustin Dirks- he has never been beaten (then again he's never fought anyone of note) and he has an awesome name. Cleverly isn't fighting anyone half decent until he has to. Which will be in 2087 probably.

Shumenov's team have confirmed negotiations with Frank's team. Camp Shumonev are aslo looking at Pascal's brother so they're not too eager for a challenge.

    Hopefully it is Shumenov.

It's the step up he so badly needs, and a winnable one at that.

If it is another Karpency I'll be disappointed. In that case Frank and Fast Eddie ought to have got together and made Clev vs Froch.

i dunno the ins and outs, but if he just gave Bellew a rwmatch instead of that Carpency ****, he'd have been guaranteed a world champ either way.

Frank's trying to make a new Welsh hero, Calzaghe mark II if you like, **** knows why Bellew has more potential and would have beat him in the rematch but in Frank's world Cleverly's a major attraction and he can only have one at a time.
