I'm an amateur boxer, weighing 67kg (147 pounds) and 6 foot tall (182 cm). I would prefer to fight at light welter, so 64 kg or 141 pounds, what is a healthy and easy way to get down to this weight. I want to remain at this weight so I don't just want weight cutting tips, this should be a long term thing. Thanks for the help.
