because the NSAC doesn't test urine for EPO

if English isn't your first language, than i understand why you cannot understand the concept of that statement, if however it is your first language, well then, it doesn't matter what i type, because you won't comprehend it

Blood doping is the practice of boosting the number of red blood cells (RBCs) in the bloodstream in order to enhance athletic performance. Because they carry oxygen from the lungs to the muscles, more RBCs in the blood can improve an athlete’s aerobic capacity (VO2 max) and endurance.

interesting, since pre 135, pac was seen to be declining, and genegrally running out of steam as fights went on

    as far as detection:

It is common for the urine test to only detect EPO use in the last 48 hours but for some individuals the test can detect EPO use up to 6 or 7 days in the past.

he wouldn't be using PED's during the fight...he would use them during training, and they would be cycled/masked by the time of the post fight test

What's the use of taking EPO if you don't want it's effect on fight night?

Looking at WADA's list of banned substance, would it really be feasible to blood test them all, Olympic style?
... and would you actually believe that you would only need a teaspoon of blood?

Does PBF really want to fight Pac? If he really wants it, he shouldn't have offered the ridiculous blood test and just fight. He has no right to force someone to take additional test just because he thinks his opponent is on PEDs specially if that person has no history of using it. Did he asked for blood test on Oscar? or Hatton? or to the rest of his opponents before?
